A couple of suggestions.

I was thinking of a whole new system to become a vaizard. I saw this in another game, make it so IF you want to become vaizard you have to become a shinigami substitute. Just like in the show you have your shinigami powers taken away by byakuya, and you have to regain them through training with Urahara, and in the process you gain hollow powers which are untamed. So when you're a shinigami substitute you have to find shinji and beat your inner to control your inner.

Kido #58 - Kakushitsuijaku: Tracks and locates any spiritual force the user focuses on. To activate it, the user must draw a circle on the ground, cut into four parts with a specific character in each. The incantation animates the circle, causing various numbers to appear within until the specific set is found. The number set seems to be a variation on longitude and latitude.

Kido #63 - Sajo Sabaku: The target is wrapped from the neck down in a thick chain.

Kido #75 - Gochutekkan:Summons five incredibly tall and thick pillars to pin a target to the ground.

Kido #81 - Danku: Creates an energy barrier in the form of a rectangular wall. (Capable of stopping destructive spells up to #89)

Kido #54 - Haien: Fires a blast of purple spiritual energy that will incinerate a target completely when it makes contact.

Kido #63 - Soren Sokatsui: A doubled version of #33, this spell fires two shots of blue fire with greater potency than the single-shot variety.

Kido #88 - Hiryugekizokushintenraiho: Fires a massive blast of spiritual energy in a fashion similar to a laser. (Essentially a suped up Byakurai.)

~Arrancar Suggestions~

Hierro - The Steel skin of the arrancar, which is caused by a compression of spiritual pressure.

Negacion - The ability to rescue fellow hollow/arrancar and sheild them from harm, teleporting them back to Heuco Mundo.

Pesquisa - The equivalent to "sense rietsu."

Arrancar Release - Along with the arrancar resurecction, this technique allows an arrancar to completely release all spiritual pressure, greatly boosting their combat capabilities.

~Vaizard Suggestions~

Extreme Cero - The ability to shoot cero from every possible angle.

Inner Hollow Mode - When activated, the inner hollow completely takes over and ignores any damage done to it, only able to be done for a couple seconds.
