4.what can you do for this game
I can be a fair and just enforcer, i will make sure the rules are followed but i will be fun too. i dont see a reason to abuse my power, i know everyone says that but i am true to my word. a lot of people i know enjoy byond and bleach so i can recruit them to play the game. ive played this game quite a lot already (as much to get captain rank) so i know my stuff and can help players and give advice if needed. (dont worry i wont give away any game secrets though Razz

)
I also have a lot of ideas of how to help the game. (i dont know if you remember Kanza but i gave you an idea of original shikai's and i got lots more)

5.why do you want this job: i believe that for a good game like this there needs to be order and i think i can provide some of that order. (i thought that enforcer lvl would let me make sure the rules are followed but not give me too much power over the players which means that i wouldnt be much different than them)
