No my friend vaizards are just shinigami that fail and so to become happy they atempt to become a hollow and get try to obtain vengance on the shinigami for pitying them.

Yeah...no, vais can pwn shinis anyday...it was all aizens fault anyway so thats why they have rage towards shinis for singling them out like all the captains do...
